Danielle Reynolds
Danielle Reynolds is a lesbian game designer most known for working on Caution Signs and HerStory. She won the 2024 Play Creator Rising Star Award and was published in the Mojo Nation 100 celebrating the most influential people in toys and games for 2023 and 2024. She works for Wise Wizard Games as their Project Director and in her free time hosts the Game Design Unboxed: Inspiration to Publication and Proud to Gayme podcasts. She also volunteers as a Director with Tabletop Gaymers and is an Advisory Board member of Tabletop Game Designers Association among other things. Her goal is to help promote more diverse faces in gaming through designing and volunteering.
Amanda Rivera
Amanda is a creative and marketing professional with over 12 years of experience working in both print and digital media. She is a Director with Tabletop Gaymers, leading their branding and marketing efforts, and also did the graphic design for their 2025 release of Queer Coven (that Danielle illustrated). She also mentors and volunteers her time as an Advisory Board Committee Member for the Unpublished Games Network (UNPUB). Amanda is the editor of the podcast and also provides marketing advice for the GDU expansion.
TAM
TAM is a prolific and award winning creator of tabletop and digital games. His passion for tabletop games ignited at age 10, growing up in Burma, where creating games served as a vital creative and artistic outlet. This early spark fueled a 30+ year career blending art, technology, and game design.
As co-founder of UP Games, TAM leads a board game publishing company committed to pushing the boundaries of game design and delivering captivating, original experiences. He is an active volunteer with the Unpublished Games Network (Unpub) that organizes events for designers to receive development resources and public play-tests. He also founded Neuronic Games with the goal of creating cutting-edge educational technologies by marrying art and technology with games.

Ryan Costello
Ryan Costello is the ENnie award winning co-designer of Renegade Game Studio’s Essence20 Roleplaying System, and an author of over 300 000 words in over a dozen Essence20 products, including the G.I. JOE, Transformers, and My Little Pony Roleplaying Game Core Rulebooks. Additionally, he curated the games for the Board Game Bento subscription box, and has written a variety of animated shorts for Laughing Dragon Studios.

Know Direction Network
Launching in 2007, the Know Direction Network is one of the oldest podcasting networks of its kind. While its early content covered Paizo’s Pathfinder and Starfinder TTRPGs primarily, the focus of the network broadened to include other roleplaying and tabletop game coverage, most notably Game Design Unboxed.
